But how to generate a methodology that is able to build the rhythm of local processes and challenges, where this can add value to its validity and permanence in time, because when we talk about empowerment and the concrete effects that this organization has generated, It is recognizing a process of collective construction, in which you can see that these initiatives may have to help recover and revitalize the area.
